Purchased items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Unfortunately after 30 days we cannot accept any returns or refunds.
You can return unused items in the original packaging. Please do not send the product back to manufacturers.
Exchange (if applicable):
We accept exchanges when a product is defective or damaged. Please send an email to contact us if you need to exchange. We cannot refund the initial shipping fees, which are deducted from the refund. Further, return shipping fees are paid by the buyer.
The time of delivery may vary depending on where you live.
Typographical Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in pricing or product information received from the supplier or manufacturer, Jp_motors shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. Jp_motors has the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment has been made. If your order should be cancelled after the payment has already been made, Jp_motors will immediately issue a credit to you in the amount paid.
